Overview

Ramseal FLX-200 is a two-component, 100% solids, zero VOC, elastomeric polyurea sealing system designed to act as a crack filler for use with small to large cracks in concrete, masonry, and other cementitious substrates. It provides exceptional adhesion characteristics and fast cure times. Highly chemical resistant, insensitive to water, abrasion resistant, and thermally stable from -20°F to 250°F (-29°C to 125°C). It may be used under traditional floor coatings or any Ram Urethanes top-coating materials. Compared with Ramseal FL-100, FLX-200 offers higher elongation (>700%) for greater movement accommodation.
