Overview
Ram Shield PX-100 is a two-component, 100% solids, zero VOC, 1:1, fast-set aromatic pure polyurea spray elastomer system specifically designed for chemical and high heat resistance. Ram Shield PX-100 provides an exceptionally tough polymer that gives outstanding physical performance against tear and impact in severe applications. Ram Shield PX-100 provides a thick film barrier with excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.

Abrasion Resistance
Engineered for severe wear environments, PX-100 delivers a thick film barrier that withstands continuous abrasion from equipment, aggregate, and process materials.
Chemical Resistance
Formulated for fertilizer plants, food processing, and industrial manufacturing where exposure to aggressive chemicals demands a reliable, impermeable barrier.
Fast Set
Gel time of 5–10 seconds (gun) enables rapid return to service, minimizing downtime in active production and processing facilities.
High Heat Resistance
Maintains coating integrity under elevated temperature conditions, making it suitable for high-heat industrial and manufacturing environments.
High Film Build
Applied at any desired thickness — theoretical coverage of 1 gallon per 1,600 sq ft at 1 mil — allowing precise build-up for demanding containment applications.
Low Temperature Application
Can be applied in cold conditions, extending the usable season and reducing project scheduling constraints in northern climates.
